Q: What is included in the tour package?
A: Tours includes International ticket from SFO to China and domestic air ticket inside of China, admission fees, hotels, transportations, meals and full escort tour guide.

Q: Is guaranteed departure on your schedule tour itinerary?
A: Yes, we are guaranteed departure on our scheduled tours.

Q: Do you accept children on the tours?
A:  Yes, on our tours, we do accept children and offer children¨s discount. We recently have developed many family vacations with special prices for children. In some cases, and in some destinations, children should be over the age of eight. Of course, we can customize a tour, designed for your specific needs and the ages of the children.

Q: Do you sell travel insurance?
A:  Yes, we do. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. Travel Protection Insurance is available on our web side www.4chinatour.com. The insurance covers the following: Accidental death and dismemberment: medical expenses and emergency assistance; trip cancellation and interruption; trip delay; baggage loss and delay; 24 hour emergency assistance.

Q: Can I use my Frequent Flyer mileage to upgrade?
A: Since our Air & Land packages are based on special low-priced contract airfares, it is not possible to upgrade. However, please note that all of our tours indicate the amount of the Land only portion; you may purchase the land from us and then make arrangements for your own Frequent Flyer air ticket.

Q: When is payment due for my tour? Do you have any cancellation fees?
A: We request final balance due 60 days before departure, please see the General Information section in each destination brochure, which outlines the payment dates as well as the cancellation fees for each tour.

Q: What is the difference between a brochure tour and a custom tour?
A: A brochure tour offers set departures, itineraries and prices based on group participation. A custom tour is designed to meet your special needs and interests. Often, this will include all of the features of a group tour, but usually tailored for smaller groups from 2-8 participants.

Q: Do you accept credit cards as deposits and payments for your brochure tours?
A: Deposit has to be a check or cash made to Global Express Travel, tour balance can be accepted using the following credit cards Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Q: Where can I find information on Passports and Visas?
A: Every participant on an international tour is required to have a passport valid for at least six months from the day of departure from the U.S. Additionally, many countries require a visa.

Q: How can I get detailed information on health requirements for individual countries?
