Deposit A deposit check of USD300.00 per person (payable to Global Express Travel Service) must be received within 5 days. Photocopies of valid passport must be sent with deposit. Reservations are not considered firm until deposit is received or they will be automatically cancelled.
Upon receipt of your written notice, the cancellation penalty will apply as follows: Up to 90 days before departure................................No Charges 89 days to 60 days before departure..............$200.00 per person 59 days to 30 days before departure.....30% of the listed tour fare 29 days to 15 days before departure.....50% of the listed tour fare 14 days or less before departure.........100% of the listed tour fare
